MAC Headquarter is located in Yinzhou District, Ningbo, China. Our facility covers 8,500 square meters, and is closed to both Ningbo airport and Ningbo harbor, which is one of the largest shipping harbors in China. We specialize in manufacturing high precision OEM components made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, and plastic. We can combined with various production processes like turning, machining, forging, stamping, casting, anodizing treatment, electronic plating, and assembly, Our products apply for several industries such as Automotive / Electronic / Hydraulic / Medical / Houseware… Our products include turning part, bolt/nut, pipe joint, Hydraulic fitting, Precision shaft parts, Cold/hot Forging parts, Die Casting parts, Locking Beads, extrusion part, assembly parts, plastic injection parts, etc.

Quality is everything. Our production department are well equipped with advanced machines to meet our customer’s high quality demands. For examples, compound and multi-function CNC lathes, Japan Star CNC laths, automatic lathes, Swiss Machines, ESCO automatic lathes, linear cutting machines, tapping machines, automatic slotting machines and so on. Our quality control department is equipped with perfect inspection instruments and inspectors at the same time. For example, 2.5D image measuring instrument, Surface Profilometers, Vickers hardness machine , Rockwell hardness machine (HV, HRB, HRC, 15N, 30N, 45N), salt spray tester, coating thickness measuring instrument and so on. Not only with the quality inspection equipment, we also have very serious Quality Control System with our ISO standard process to keep our high quality level. Besides, we can provide PPAP Level Ⅲ & IMDS for our customers.

MAC group has a long history since 1978 when Mr. S. L. Chang established the Swikuo company in Taiwan. In 2001 we developed Mac Hardware Industrial Co.LTD in Taiwan in order to better serve our growing customer base globally. With the increasing market demand, in 2002, we also established Ningbo Swikuo Industrial Co., Ltd in Ningbo, China.
